I’m liking Notes. There’s some good discussion & cross-pollination on my feed. I’m in the hinterlands of south Texas, so I just appreciate civilized & thoughtful comments and ideas. 😉🧐
The only change I've experienced in Twitter since Musk took over is ads in comment threads, which is *so* annoying. I have a Mastodon account, but haven't has reason to use it. Most of my professional and academic contacts are on Twitter, and they aren't leaving, so I won't leave just to spite Elon Musk. If everyone really chooses a new platform to migrate to, I'll join them, but until then I guess I don't need an alternative.
One key problem is restricting to iOS. We teach classes in social media at the library. If it is not available on all platforms it might get a mention, but definitely does not get taught.
Uhhhhh “skeet” - might want to urban dictionary that 😶🫣🤭
Sounds interesting. Though the question is the same. How they will not only turn revenue up, but match margin % expectations? No rage no revenue
To Chicken moms (and dads!) :-) and ROTFLMAO from the pic following the comments of extended version conversation! Molly, you made my day!
